The Royal Highland Show
We had a fantastic day at the Royal Highland Show yesterday. We walked around the full show group seeing cows, sheep, horses, goats and chickens and much more. We watch the sheep shearing, which was fun, noisy and very quick. We enjoyed sitting having lunch watch the horse and carts in the main ring. One highlight of the day was seeing all the machinery and even getting to sit in the tractor. We tried milking daisy the cow, raced cars making our own energy, met some really big Clydesdale horses, met some day-old chicks and had to save our bags from a goat. We had a great day exploring the show and learning about all the animals, where our food comes from and enjoying some tasty ice cream.
Aberdour Beach
On Wednesday we finally made it on our beach trip to Aberdour in Fife. The sun was shining for us to have another memorable trip. We had a brilliant day building sand castles, paddling and eating ice cream. We can't wait for next years visit!
Stained Glass
We were delighted to welcome back former pupils and parents to unveil our final stained glass art work. Fiona Foley has taken the children's ideas and created a magical piece of stained glass for us. We have enjoyed every minute of this project and we will love looking at the window for years to come. Please look in the gallery section to see photos from the day.
