Hampden Football Stadium 
We had an extra special trip to Hampden. We loved seeing the dressing rooms and learning all about match day preparations. Getting so close to the pitch was amazing. We all had a great day and made better by joining up with our friends from Libberton PS.
Local Library Visit 
We travelled to Biggar on a book hunt! We visited Atkinson-Pryce Bookshop first and got lost in their wonderful selection of books. We then headed to the library to see Claire who shared some stories with us to support our next topic and then we chose some books to take back to the school. It was a cold a wet day, but we had a great time.
Scottsh Afternoon 
We welcomed Leadhills Primary to help us celebrate Burns Day. We shared our Scottish poems and listened to them recite theirs. We had haggis, neeps and tatties and made our very own teacakes to share with everyone. We ended our celebration with some Scottish Country Dancing, and the Wiston Parents came along to see what we had been working on.
