On Wednesday we visited Libberton and celebrated Emotion Commotion Day, led by Miss Logan and the Stitch Clan! The children navigated various emotion stations, where they explored ways to describe different emotions, understand how our bodies respond to them, and discover strategies for managing these feelings. We delved into what we can and can't control, practiced coping techniques for dealing with anger and sadness, and reflected on the things we are grateful for. In the afternoon, we enjoyed watching Inside Out 2, which complemented our emotional exploration. It was a truly wonderful day, and we hope each child left with valuable tools to better understand and manage their emotions. Thankyou Libberton for a fun packed day!
